I started Wisterra because I kept seeing the same story repeat itself — passionate founders with great ideas losing time, money, and people because their HR systems couldn’t keep up with their growth.

As an HR consultant and entrepreneur, I wanted to change that. My goal is to bring big-company HR clarity to small businesses — without the jargon, the overhead, or the red tape.

I believe HR is not about policies on paper; it’s about people who feel secure, clear, and connected to the company’s vision. Every framework we design at Wisterra is grounded in that belief — practical, empathetic, and compliant with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE standards.
